Jennifer Croker

Principal

Jennifer has been a practising lawyer since 2008, working predominantly in the areas of Family Law (both Property and Parenting), and Wills & Deceased Estates, with a broader background that also encompasses Conveyancing, Property, Small Business, and Equity.

In 2016, Jennifer founded Croker Edwards. Having always had a strong sense of vocation to the Law, she had, at that time, resigned from her job as a solicitor at a Sydney law firm with the intention of completing further study and legal research. As soon as she had done that, people in the community began approaching her for legal advice and services. Realising she was unwilling to walk away from problems that she could help resolve, Jennifer started her own practice as Croker Edwards.

Jennifer’s ambition, since the beginning, has been for her clients and not for herself. She is a concise communicator who simplifies the legal process for clients, so they are as informed as they can be when making decisions that impact themselves, their families and others. Jennifer’s commitment to solving problems for her clients, her attention to detail, her personable nature, and her dependability have earned her an outstanding word of mouth reputation. She is skilled not only with the law, but with helping people through difficult periods, operating with the highest level of compassion, as well as efficiency – so clients have confidence that their matters will be resolved.

Jennifer holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Family Law, a Bachelor of Media/Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Certificate in Domestic Violence, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Other achievements she is proud of include: establishing a legal centre in an impoverished community in West Africa, the community having being encountered by her whilst she was working at The Legal Aid Scheme of Ghana; reaching the top of Mt Kilimanjaro; and trekking to Everest Base Camp via Cho La Pass.

Jennifer is currently the elected President of the Eastern Suburbs Law Society.
